The 5th Redeemer was born the seventh son of a Gothian carpenter during the great incursion of the Dark Lord in the twelfth century after creation, and later revealed as the first human anointed Divine messenger. A prodigy of alchemy and sacred geometry, he discovered how to imbue metals with divine spirit, crafting weapons and armor unlike any seen before. While being revered as a blacksmith, his true genius, however, lay with the unseen, his hands guided by the Divine's hidden order, the laws of the elements, the patterns of the Ley Lines and the silent pulse of Creation itself.
At thirty-four, he entered the service of the King of Anatolia, and over eleven years, shaped not only weapons and fortresses, but strategy, scholarship and the art of war. Armozel’s teachings spread quickly through its grand halls and mountain fastnesses. When the Great Surge began, it was Armozel who foresaw it and he who prepared the initial resistance. From across all the kingdoms, warriors rallied to his banner, the sight of which infused them with Divine inspiration and bravery and thus were born the Sons of the Light.
One after another, the great kingdoms fell and eventually Axis Mundi herself was surrounded. Armozel fought alongside his paladin force, the Sons of the Light, in the last bastion of humanity. It was then that Phaionios, the Archangel of Flame and 4th Redeemer, descended from Heaven, imbued with Divine Wrath to unleash fire and fury. Thousands of refugees, paladins, and artisans were caught in the blaze, their souls never laid to rest - only Anatolia was spared. Armozel and the Sons of the Light marched in Phaionios' wake, before joining him in the First Crusade against the Dark Lord across Creation.
Armozel used Phaionios' Divine Spark to reignite and enhance Demira's Ancient Stela with the gift to resurrect their fallen comrades, which worked until after Phaionios' triumphant return to Heaven . The two Redeemers went on to create paladin watchtowers across Creation to uphold their hard fought peace. Phaionios burning away rifts of Hell and Armozel sealing them. After Phaionios left, Armozel later disappearance below Mt. Medula when he broke Phaionios' seal on it due to his own folly, having been deceived by the Great Deceiver in the guise of the Archangel Chamuel. Armozel’s gifts to humanity transcended his martial protection of Creation to include the art of enchanting & furthering the study of Alchemy.
